Here I am - a fun, friendly, and house trained gym bunny loving the Eastern Subs not wanting to leave.!

However, I am moving out of my place in Coogee 17th May and moving all my stuff down the South Coast... to a house I’m renovating (eek ) I’ve been living in South Coogee / Randwick about 7 years now and love it! It’s my home… very sad to have to go but I can’t keep 2 places right now.

Looking at potential options for a short term 3-6 month minimum to stay a few nights a week until I get my renovations done then moving into my own place or stay, not sure. We can see.

I’m super respectful, clean / hygienic!!
Recycling, cleaning, respectful of space and noise etc. all important to me.
My preference is own bathroom but If I can find someone as ocd with bathroom standards as me then sharing one will be fine with me.
I’ve been sharing for years and also a top rated air bnb host so I can share reviews if needed!
