I’m relocating from Hobart for work, looking for a room with own bathroom (preferably en-suite), move in date can be flexible for the right place. I’ll be back to Hobart every now and then.

I'm quiet, respectful, and easy going, always keep the place clean and tidy. I work full time in finance and work from home 3 days a week. Outside of work, I like reading, catching up with friends, listening to podcasts, cycling and practice my barista skills :) Happy to provide reference from ex-flatmate/landlord if needed.

What I’m looking for:
A sunny, cozy and spacious place that I can relax after work. The room needs to fit in a desk and chair, or even better if there’s a separate study space. I’m flexible with car park space - I have an electric vehicle, but if there’s no charging facility available, I’m happy to leave it in Hobart.

Location-wise:
Ideally within 30mins to the CBD by public transport, somewhere peaceful, close to parks and bike paths.

About you:
Looking to share with someone who’s also clean, considerate and values a quiet and comfortable home. I’m always up for a good chat now and then, but also respect personal space.
