Hey there! I'm looking for a room, 1 bedder or studio flat to rent in/around Burpengary and surrounding suburbs. Preferrably an unfurnished room/place as I do have my own furniture I would like to use. Aircon in the room would be great for those super hot days, but is not essential.
A bit about me: I'm a quiet and responsible woman in my 40's who currently works full time in manufacturing. My work requires me to be an early bird but I always do my best to be quiet and respectful of other housemates who don't have to wake up as early. I like to keep a clean and tidy house, particularly in the common areas that others also use, and I have no problem participating equitably in cleaning schedules etc. I love all pets (except snakes!) but don't have any of my own. I'm currently studying in my free time on the weekends but I also love reading a good book or playing a bit of Xbox.
