***LOOKING FOR A TEAM-UP MATE

Hi there,

My name is Jane, 30s, a professional working full time 9-6pm.

I'm looking a team-up mate to join with me finding a 2 beds & 2 baths apartment (car space is not necessary). Prefer good size bedrooms as I will be set wfh office inside.

I’m not rush but prefer in Novenber or December 21 (hopefully the restriction will be ease by then)

My ideal areas are North Sydney, Pyrmont or CBD. My budget is $350-$400 per week each person sharing 2 people in the unit only.

I already have some stuffs to move to the new place for sharing (kitchen cooking stuff & utensils, a 2-seats sofa, 55" Sony Smart TV and 2 desks). So the rest furniture we will organize ourselves.

I’m mature an always keep our living space clean & tidy as household chores.

Would love to be friend with my flatmate but also appreciate your own space & privacy.

I'm open to both male and female flatmate as long as we could get along of sharing the living space.
