I am a happily single, active, into self growth and healthy life style, quiet, mature, clean, responsible, non drinker and non smoker(nonjudgmental if you do) from Ukrainian background. Self employed (cleaning business) with various interests such as reading, gardening, gym, bike riding, walking etc. Most of days I am in the gym and then work. Starting volunteering once settled .
I am respectful of others and conscientious about resources. Happy to socialise but also enjoying my own company. Prefer living in a clean, newly build (or looked after) homes, quiet, treed locations where I can wake up with birds and be close to nature. I am an early raiser and in bed by 8-9pm. Self contained accommodation is preferred but can share with a compatible person or people (ensuite preferred but happy to share bathroom too). I am looking for a place offering a garage or at least off street parking for my electric car.
Able to team up with one or two others, but only if I have an ensuite room. 3-12 months depending on the place. Thanks
