Hi, my name is Udo Kirch and I am a rail construction worker, currently working on the Sandgate Railway Station. I work night shift and sleep during the day. If you are okay with a shorter term tenant, that would suit as I'm not sure how long I'll be at this location, as we move along the rail as it's being upgraded.
On days off I'll head back to my wife (Diane) and family living in Ballina, so I'm hardly around. Sandgate is too far to commute from Ballina each day so I'm keen to get a place asap. I'm clean, tidy, trustworthy & considerate.
I'm looking for a quiet, safe furnished room with easy going flatmates or granny flat. I'm a reliable payer and will set up a recurring direct deposit into your account so the rent is in at the same time every week, (no worries)!.
With the type of construction work that I do, I've shared accommodation in other work situations, so I have people who'll provide character references. I don't drink alcohol or smoke; I do like to read, and listen to music with ear plugs and watch a little TV, but mostly will keep to myself.
