Retired Police Officer, moved to Brisbane 3 years ago to be closer to family. Currently in Lutwyche with my lease finishing in February. I am leading towards teaming up with someone new elsewhere in the Lutwyche, Clayfield, Ascot and Nundah areas. Storage is an essential requirement such as a garage.

I currently work part time, mainly in the evenings. I am a neat and tidy, young at heart sociable person, but do enjoy time on my own. I'm a regular at coffee shops and do enjoy a social drink and chat and visiting local watering holes. I also enjoy watching sport and movies in my down time. Apart from my bedroom furniture, I only have a washing machine as my current housemate provided the rest. It would be nice to team up with someone who has these other items but happy to purchase a fridge. I do require a Garage for storage and prefer my own bathroom, and off road parking.
