With a mature responsible owner. A home that is professional, safe has healthy boundarys. = So I can study peacefully. (I will be studying my Diploma of Allied Health starting June 22nd 2026 onwards at UniSC Caboolture.) I have my own vehicle. Has references for background renting share house and work check. (I also don't need wifi if that helps with costs) I am sufficient with Mobile unlimited.

I am respectful of others privacy, noise level and property. After I have used a shared appliance, toilet, shower, kitchen area/s I clean the area so that the next person can use. Out of kindness and respect 🕊️🌻 My heart values is to respect the home, the owner and it's rules. As it if we're my own.

I'm all about a quiet, clean healthy space for everyone to live. And helping out where needed as a "team"
