I am Samuel (45) desiring to live in the Sunshine Coast in a home shared with one or two others while building my new business for the-next few years. I am single with no pets. People call me Samuel, rather than Sam. My business is not in the home, yet at I am online and on the phone at times from the house.

Early to rise and early to bed, I live a healthy, and low-impact lifestyle. I am responsible, considerate and I treat home and the people around me with great care. Cleanliness, discretion, and creating an harmonious environment that honours everyone, is what works best for me.

As my work has varied hours, I get the privilege to ride horses regularly, go latin dancing and schedule short trips away.

I’m seeking a balanced and respectful home close to nature with a quiet outlook, sharing with a few others who are mature yet playful, and are for the most part joyful & show up for themselves. Drunkenness, and drama are not for me. What works for me is clear communication with functional fundamentals & functional amenities, this is key.
