Relocating to Perth. Chill and active. Social but enjoy my own space. Working full-time in CBD. Open to increasing my budget for the right space. Looking for a bedroom with an ensuite and undercover parking.
I am also open to teaming up with the right person (or people - 2 others maximum) to enter into a lease on a property (2 - 4 bedrooms, depending on preferences of other housemates).
Looking for the right fit if living with others.
Would need to meet prior to ensure it's a good mix - Teams/Webex/Facetime as not in WA at present - as vibes matter. NB: I am looking to confirm a lease before I arrive, so meeting in person is not possible.
