Hello potential housemate(s),

We are seeking an additional third housemate to join with us starting as soon as possible. Ideal we are looking for another female as the third housemate for the next 12 month.

The vibe we are wanting to create:

A place that feels like home, peaceful, warm and filled with happiness and laughter, instead of just somewhere to sleep at night.

About me (Michaela)
I’m known for my warmth, friendliness and easygoing nature. I value open and honest communication, respect, kindness and love the small enjoyable moments in life. I like trying new things and currently trying to teach myself guitar.

• Currently studying ~ third and final year at UQ (Bachelor of Arts)
• Seeking WFH part-time employment whilst studying full-time
• Stable income — no issues paying rent and bills on time
• Creative person (always have a project or two on the go)
• I love the sunshine, the beach, nature and getting out for some exploring and adventures
• Housemate and rental references available upon request
• I have a car (small Barina)
• I'm flexible with rent price (happy to have a chat to discuss further)
• I spent a lot of time with my creative hobbies and spending quality time with my partner and friends.
• Pets: I came with a 10 years old female cat (desexed) ginger domestic short hair. She spend most of the day cuddled up on the couch sleeping, apart from the occasional cat zoomies. Hardly vocal except around meal times. She will be you're new best friend whenever your in the kitchen.

About me (Harvey)

I'm an easy going person who just like going with the flow. I enjoy a good laugh over a shared chat and meal on the occasion. I'm also wanting to create a warm and friendly environment for the place to call home.

- Currently working part time with an aged care company (doing afternoon shift that requires me to get back later in the evening)
- Enjoys a good book or series (I come with a collection)
- Also enjoys sitting and watching a good movie or tv show on my downtime.
- I tend to also game (but do keep noise level to a minimum
- I'm not a green thumb but would love to gets some houseplants.
- pets: I come with a lovely old staffy, Nitro. He spends his days sleeping at the backdoor. He enjoys lots of cuddles and attention. He is barely vocal. He is an emotional support dog.

What we are like to live with:
We hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness ~ we clean up after ourselves and like to live in a tidy and organized home (but not a clean freak by any means haha). We will respect boundaries and personal space. But we are both also friendly and chatty people, that are happy to share a meal, watch a movie and chat over coffee but also equally happy to do our own thing too ~ independence is important to us.

• We not party people but do love socializing with a few good friends on the odd occasion.
• we love to bring a positive and happy vibe to the place we can call home with no drama
• We don't smoke, vape or use drug and I (Michaela) rarely have an alcoholic drink, (Harvey) will have the occasional drink at home.
