Looking for a room on the Northside of Brisbane (Newstead, Hamilton) to live in a nice building with a pool. I’d pay up to 450 if it has a coworking space, gym, sauna and that is an amazing building to live in. Otherwise I’d like to pay 300-400. Flexible on the move in date if it’s mid Jan or mid Feb.

I’m a pelvic health Physio and have my own business so work from home 3 days per week doing computer work and meetings online at home.
In my spare time I like going to the gym, cycling, hanging with friends. My partner and I are doing long distance so you’d have the place to yourself a few days a month-6 weeks when I go to visit him in Townsville.

I’d have my own furniture for the main area. I have a car and road bike! I’d have a small desk in my room but I do like to be able to do work in the main area to mix things up sometimes (unless the building has communal spaces I’m happy to go there).

I am very tidy especially in my communal living area. Would want my own bathroom if possible. I’m respectful, an open communicator, chatty if you want to chat but also happy to do my own thing.
Oh I have an epic coffee machine!
