Looking for a room on the Northside of Brisbane (Newstead, Hamilton) to live in a nice building with a pool. I’d pay up to 400 if it has a coworking space, gym, sauna and that is an amazing building to live in. Otherwise I’d like to pay 300-350. Flexible on the move in date if it’s mid Jan or mid Feb.

I’m a pelvic health Physio and have my own business so work from home 2-3 days per week doing computer work and meetings online at home.
In my spare time I like going to the gym, cycling, hanging with friends.

I’d have my own furniture - open to selling if already furnished. I’d like a room mate who works during the day (not shift work) given I will have meetings. I have a car and road bike! I’d have a small desk in my room but I do like to be able to do work in the main area to mix things up. My partner and I are doing long distance so I won’t be having anyone around overnight. Would like the option to have a friend over from time to time but if the building has areas to hang we can meet outside the unit.
I am very tidy especially in my communal living area. Would want my own bathroom if possible. I’m respectful, an open communicator, chatty if you want to chat but also happy to do my own thing.
Oh also I’ll have an epic coffee machine if you’re happy for me to bring it!
