Hi there

My name is Fareed and I am a 30 year old Australian Public Servant.

I am looking for a clean, tidy place with respectful housemates.

Non-negotiables:
- Must be a clean, and tidy house, ideally spacious
- Own Bathroom (no sharing)
- Quiet and clean street and suburb

What I am looking for ideally:
- in a suburb where fitness is valued and practised
- near nature or parks as I like to go for long walks

About me and my habits:
- APS Employee
- Travel once or twice a month around the country for work (I’ll be gone for a week for each trip.)
- WFH when not travelling
- clean and tidy person
- doesn’t cook much
- part time Law student (i study at night)
- work out 3x a week at the gym and Walk/Runs everyday

Where am I looking for?
- I am ideally looking at Major Regional Cities where the rent is more affordable than Sydney and where it’s not too difficult for me visit family/friends back in Leppington here in Sydney
- if the place and the people are good enough, I may move entirely out of NSW.
