I'm very tidy, clean, quiet and courteous to those I live with, and expect the same from my roommates.

I moved to Canberra from Brisbane, two years ago to work for the APS. I spend quite a bit of time out of the house or if I'm at home I'm usually just watching Netflix and having a quiet one. I have a bunch of house plants that I try to care for and miserably fail at, so if you're a green thumb, bonus!! I have a partner but we tend to split time between our places (roughly 1-2 nights per week at mine) however, we're very quiet and happy to keep to ourselves too.

I love having a roommate I can be pals with, share some bevvies and a chat, but definitely need a roommate who is quiet, very tidy and organised, respectful of space and on a similiar sleep/work schedule (e.g - quiet after 10pm).

Ideally looking to pay $200-$250, max $280 per week with bills, and definitely need to have a lease in place!
