I'll be making the move down to Canberra to start a graduate program position with the government. Moving down from Sydney and currently anticipating to go back every couple of weeks or so. I haven't had a flatmate before but I have had experience with a tenant who was not up to cleanliness standard so I understand the need to be clean and tidy! Although I will be working corporate, I used to love working on my car and have currently do work on my motorcycle so I can help you with some small mechanic things on your car or bike!

I’m a Gamilaraay/Kamilaroi girl originally from Victoria that comes from a long line of military veterans so I know how to hold my own and do a damn good hospital corner. I love my cat but am unsure whether or not to bring her when I move out it also depends on the house I move in to. I do smoke cigarettes so a house that accepts that is a must but I would never smoke in the house so you don’t have to worry about that. Im looking for flat mates that are clean and respectful but are also down for a chat maybe a drink. I’m generally a stay at home person but I also like to socialise with my small circle of friends but I tend to do that at their house so I wouldn’t be bringing them home out of respect for others to keep the noise down. I loooove animals and music and a good yarn with a morning coffee and smoke.

Easy going, tidy/clean. Moved to CBR for work late 2019 and am employed full time. I seeking to move in with one or two friendly, stable people who actively participate in life with a positive approach. In looking for somewhere to live I would like it to be safe and secure. I am not keen on moving in with people who are after a cash grap, so make the intended rent appropriate.

G'day, I'm a quiet and tidy guy looking to move to Canberra in late January/early February. I'm making the move from Armidale, where I've spent the last couple of years working in the mental health sector, to start in an APS Graduate Program. In my spare time I mostly read, go to the gym or watch Netflix. I'm after a place to live for the year (or maybe longer) with chill housemates who enjoy hanging out when they aren't tired from work or busy with other stuff. If your place has a dog, that's a big plus too.

Hi, I’m a creative and craft-loving writer, currently looking for work, or about to go into study after battling with my depression and anxiety. My partner works as a retail sales person in Fyshwick, and we’re looking for a place with room to call our own while we work on setting up our future together. We’re relatively neat and can keep to ourselves, but we enjoy gaming, especially tabletop roleplaying games (like D&D) and I have a good collection of arts and crafts that I partake in, mostly knitting and sewing.

I am 29 years old. Working at ACT Health Directorate. I moved from Sydney in November and has been with family friends since then. Since my friends are selling their house in South Canberra by early Jan 2020 and planning to move North, I am looking for a new place to stay. For strangers I am a quiet person but once I build a friendship it may be difficult to keep me quiet. I watch a lot of movies and Netflix - so if you are a regular movie goer or enjoys Netflix shows and requires a partner in crime - I am that person. I also enjoy watching sports especially cricket (of course I am Indian) and soccer. I do not drink or smoke. So I may not be able to grab a drink with you.. but Hey.. Who doesn't want a full-time sober housemate.

I have recently completed a Bachelor of Criminology and am planning to complete Honours this year. The internet is a necessity for my studies, as is a room large enough to accommodate my desk (160x160cm L shaped). In my spare time I like to do crafting such as bobbin lace and papercraft, photography, reading and watching Netflix - in particular true crime binge-fests. I also enjoy gardening and have several outdoor potted plants that I would bring with me. I also own several pieces of furniture (including a double bed, tall boy and dresser, sewing machine table, and book cases) I'd prefer not to get rid of, as well as craft supplies. As such I am hoping to find a suitable home that is large enough to accommodate most of my things. I can store some of these items at my parents if absolutely necessary, but as I use most of it, I wish to continue doing that. I am neat and clean up after myself, a non smoker, rarely drink, and am not into partying. Would consider having friends over for dinner or similar, and would enjoy a chat or having dinner with housemates on occasion. Friendly introvert with a somewhat sarcastic sense of humour, and respectful of others' need for space. A 1-2 bedroom unit would be my preference, but I would happily consider a large granny flat or a share house if it there is more space than a bedroom's worth. I would also like covered parking as my car is not particularly new, I'm trying to baby it a bit. I need to avoid stairs and physical activities such as vacuuming, due to having arthritis and other chronic illnesses. Happy to negotiate other chores that I am capable of doing. As a correspondence student and home body, I spend a fair amount of time at home.

Clean and tidy tradesman (Electrician) looking for a place to stay long term. (6 months minimum) I enjoy all sports (afl, basketball, cricket etc) and cooking. Because of my busy work schedule, you will usually find me having a quiet and lazy weekend. Looking for a semi-modern place to stay around central canberra, would prefer off street parking but not essential. Looking to move from the 15th of Feb but flexible with the date. Any questions just ask!
