My name is Neil, and I currently live in Brisbane, but am looking to move in early February back to Canberra, where I lived in the late 90s. After which I moved overseas (8 years USA, 10 years Canada) before moving back to care for my then ageing parents. I've been renting my current unit since 2018 so I think it's fair to say that I'm reliable if nothing else.

I'm a sports & wildlife photographer. I should I also point out that I'm 68, but work very hard at not being a typical boomer. I also like to run & hit the gym. I'll also be looking for part-time &/or contract work, ideally back in the APS.

I am clean and tidy and respectful of others' space.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with some storage space, & off-street parking, but neither of these are necessarily deal-breakers.

I'd also note that the site limits the number of suburbs, so I'd simply state that anywhere basically south of the lake would be considered.

Given I'd be looking to move straight in after leaving Brisbane, the best approach might be a video inspection/meet over something like Whatsapp. Failing that, I'm happy to fly down in late-January to meet and to inspect.
