I'm a 31 year old working as a Dietitian at The Canberra Hospital full time. Looking for a room to rent in Canberra's inner/inner south sort of area but flexible on location.

As a housemate, I'm very clean and tidy. I always fully clean the kitchen after using. I contribute to the shared chores. Etc. I'm looking for housemates that are similar to me in that respect. I appreciate a simple system like little magnets on the fridge that show whose turn it is to take out the trash so there's no arguing or hidden resentments about small stuff. I meal prep on Sundays for 2-3 hours.

I'd prefer to find housemates who are open to socialising, having a chat or the odd games night. Why not make friends if we're going to live together :) but I also like my own space at times and will respect yours of course. Definitely not looking for a party house. I usually socialise out of the house.

Outside of the house, I'm big into outdoor adventures, camping, hiking, etc. I'm also usually at the gym after work so home around 7pm most evenings. I'm away roughly every 4th weekend.

I have a car so I'll need a place to park it. But I don't necessarily need a dedicated secure parking space.
