Hi,

I'm looking for accommodation in the inner south/south Canberra (basically anywhere south of the Commonwealth bridge!) from earlyish March 2026.

I'm 43, work full-time and am usually out and about doing random activities such as going for a ride or yoga class. Whilst I normally do my own thing, I'm also happy to chat too. I'm respectful of others' spaces and having lived in share houses before, I understand cleaning rosters etc. required to make the place homely for all residents.

To help with my work from home days, I'm looking for a large room that can comfortably fit a double bed and desk with room to move. Or if the room is smaller, access to a study would be great. An unfurnished room and my own bathroom is my preference.

I love dogs and would be secretly delighted if you have a pup or two :)
