(young) 40 year old professional female; I work for the Queensland Government on a permanent basis (and have done so for 13+ years) with excellent rental references and a great pride in taking care of my home (having bought/renovated/sold my own).

Seeking approx a 6 - 12 month share arrangement whilst I look for my next property to purchase (min. 6 months, leaning toward the 12 end). Ideally if I do enter your home I would prefer it to be your own and not a rental (for security).

I am a positive person and looking for someone to share with that appreciates living the good life. I lead a relatively healthy lifestyle, love walks on the water, but also enjoy the odd wine of an evening (not every night - and really only once a week, ha).

I’m looking for something with that homely feel – not too fussed on whether I share with a male or female, but ideally only one other.

Avid animal lover of most kinds except for cats of which I’m allergic. Unfortunately I only recently had to put my 15 year old pomeranian to rest, so if you have a dog I have a lot of love to give {broken}…

Must have my own bathroom (preferably with a bath but not a must). Very much a homebody who just loves to chill and watch a flick or read a good book; that said I love walking and aim to do a min 5km a day.

I have a number of small furnishings I’d love to bring with me (encyclopaedia set, decor items / stands, thermomix, so if there’s room for these that would be fab).

Full transparency, I do work from home two - three times a week also so ideally wouldn’t be in too tight of a space.
