I am transferring to Northbridge WA office (officeworker) and looking for room with preferably own bathroom from mid August.
I'll be driving over so not 100% sure what day I will arrive so looking to start a lease before I leave NSW. (So I can transfer $ etc and have somewhere ready to arrive to in WA.)
I'm 45, easy going, quiet by nature and undertaking part-time studies 2 nights per week via virtual classroom.
I'm also triple covid vaccinated and can show covid passport.
I have a canary in cage so pets allowed is a must.
Looking for a property preferably with parking available or even advice on free street parking etc. (I don't know the area at all.)
I would preferably like to be within 30 min walk to Francis Street Northbridge, but happy to travel up to 30 - 40 mins by public transport.
Prefer around inner city suburbs, Northbridge, Highgate, East Perth (feel really drawn to this area), South Perth, Victoria Park or anywhere on the train line.
It would be nice to have a spare room available in the house for guests to stay occasionally.
Budget up to $400 p/w incl bills.
Happy to find a room in someone's house or share a lease - whichever works for you.
Initially looking for 6 mths to make sure we're a good fit before committing to a longer period.
I'm pretty easy going, easy to get along with and don't like drama.
