Suzanna and Joshua

I’m a single mum 54. I'm looking for two separate rooms one for my son and one for me with a shared toilet and bathroom. I have my bedroom furniture and also furniture for my son. I can afford $430 rent each week. I’m willing to pay extra for house hold bills. I’m a clean, quiet, honest and tidy person. I have not been working since Covid started but plan to find part time work as soon as I move house. I’m receiving Centerlink Carers benefit for my son. My son is 19 years old and is studying his HSC which he repeated. Joshua enjoys playing computer games and is also resilient and respectful of others. I do enjoy a chat and a glass of wine on the weekend to unwind. I’m not interested in party houses. Chat, peace and quiet is my mantra.
