Hello, I am a healthy 74 year old female who would be grateful to rent a private room in a peaceful home, possibly in the Ringwood North area, where I am living now and for the past 5 years. I have an excellent long term rental history of paying my rent and bills on time I don't smoke, drink or take drugs. I like to read, play cards, and chess. I also like to go out to the movies and the races.

I'm honest, courteous, kind and respect to others and their space. I clean up after myself promptly in the kitchen and I love being outside working in the garden.

I'm looking for long term if possible, with happy and positive minded people. I can consider a semi rural area, possibly close to public transport and a veggies garden would be nice.
