Looking to find a house with an unfurnished room or team up with some groovy folk to rent around the Uni.

Clean, tidy, and respectful of others space. I have bedroom furniture and some kitchen stuff but not a load of living-space things. Don't have any pets or kids and I don't smoke.
Most of what I own is plants, outside of that I don't really like clutter.

Pretty classic shy kid, reserved to start off but I settle in pretty quick with the right people. Always up for a chat and a chill or a couple of drinks. I'm from mid-western nsw so I can be fancy or not fancy depending on the vibe.
I'd like to rent with like-minded people. A relatively social house that can still give each other space. I study and work part time so I want to say I'm responsible, but I'm also impulsive and like to let loose when I have the time for it.
