A little bit about me! I am 28, originally from Yorkshire, in the UK and have lived in Aus for the past 3 years! I run my own fitness coaching business and love to spend time at the gym, beach, outdoors etc!

I do not require parking, a furnished room would be a massive bonus but not necessary! I am very considerate of others' space and privacy but I would love a friend as well as a roommate! I am exceptionally clean and tidy and would like a place that reflects that.

I am down to earth, good sense of humour and try not to take life TOO seriously! I love the odd festival, to let my hair down but I am not an every weekend type of girl!

I have had plenty of housemates living in both Melbourne and the Gold Coast previously who would be more than happy to give a reference.

My current lease has a flexible end date so happy to discuss options. I have the finances to pay rent/bond in advance too!
