I work full time M-F in the Pharmacy Industry. *****I'm looking for a ****furnished or non-furnished ensuite bedroom also will consider a team up and apply for an apartment ***** with 1 other housemate (preferably male) with Internet and electricity included $275-330 per week***** or can go a bit more for the perfect fit and location ie. studio or granny flat or team up for an apartment *****. *****Preferably in the Sherwood, Graceville Chelmer Tennyson Yeerongpilly area, which are close by to my work *****. I pay my rent on time everytime and have great references. I like all animals if you have a pet I am allergic to cats so no cats. I'm a quiet (don't watch TV unless it’s a movies, respectful, sociable, quiet, happy, no nonsense chiller type person, who is drugs and alcohol free (although i may have sneaky wine with dinner or on special occasions ).
