Hi, I'm a French early 30', working in biology, looking for a shared house (no apartment) with my own bathroom or a studio/grannyflat for up to 300$ all inc. The room/studio/grannyflat has to be big enough to fit a king size bed if unfurnished. Long term lease from mid March 2019. I'm pretty social so if I live in a shared place, I am looking to live with interactive people, not just flatmates ^^. Also, I don't have any pets but love them :) Feel free to call me to have a chat a/o to plan a visit Cheers !
I'm fairly easy going, I look after myself and I'm always willing to help others. I mostly keep to myself and play video games, go to the gym, eat, and work (Rinse and repeat, that's me) I love a good drink or two and I most of the time I'm happy to chat away :) (P.S. I'm on the right of my photo)
Hi! I am looking for a home in Brisbane to move into as soon as possible as I begin my dual degree of psychology and nutrition at UQ. Looking for a place that feels homey with housemates I'd call a friend. Let me know if you match the features I'm after 😊: • Walking, biking or under 30min public transport distance to UQ in St Lucia • With a large size room with lots of natural light, at least big enough for a double bed, bedside table, large desk, mirror, a few wardrobes and drawers. • With outdoor area/s like a yard, deck or spot that gets a decent amount of direct sun throughout the day. • Not lots of road noise • Decently spacious kitchen (to make you cake on your birthday 😉) About me: I'm positive and ambitious, and both a respectful and open person :) I'm very health conscious and make all my own meals which are wholefood plant-based- however I'm really not fussed on what anyone else eats. I love cooking for others 😁💖 I do aerial acrobatics and yoga, love nature and making friends. I'm passionate about eco-sustainability, nutrition, fitness, mental wellness and personal development. 😊😄😁💪🏼💗
I’m generally quiet and keep to myself, but I will go out of my way to make conversation or spend time together if wanted. I study nursing at USQ, Work part-time in hospitality and casually work in a medical centre. I love the beach and hiking. Plant lover 🌿 always up for socialising
Hello! My name’s Matilda, but some people like to call me Tilly. You’ll rarely see me as I am more than likely to stay in my room the whole time studying/ sleeping. Of a night (3-4nights a week), I work in Karalee and don’t get home until around 1am. So I promise to be quiet. Looking for a short term accomodation for the Semester (till the end of June), as I’ll be arriving back from Canada on the 24th February.
Hi, I’m Bella! Long story short - I’m currently living on the Sunshine Coast, looking to move back to Brisbane as I moved up here with my family and it just doesn’t compare! I was about to start studying at USC in Sippy Downs however the best option will most likely be for me to defer university for 6 months, move to Brisbane, work full time and flat with others to get used to things and settle down / save some money. Then begin uni in semester 2. I will be studying Psychology and Criminology. Looking at suburbs around Toowong, Indooroopilly, Sherwood, Graceville, etc. I’m 18 in April, like my own privacy however also up for a chat and a drink! I’m clean and love for things to be organised. Very easy going, chilled and a fussy eater so I won’t eat your food! I haven’t moved out of home before so this is all new to me and I’m hoping I can find some like minded girls that I can share a home with!
French, come here to study at UQ (Master of Entrepreneurship and innovation) and enjoy with friends. I wish to travel during my studies to discover this new country and around. I love sports (soccer, running, skiing, biking...), listen to music, watch series or parties. I am looking for a room with a bed and internet in a house or a flat to stay the first semester at least
Hello, As my profile states, I am 20 years old currently living in Adelaide with intentions to move to Queensland for study purposes and to open myself to a new experience. I consider myself quite active, enjoy being outdoors, going for hikes especially, and spending time with my pets as well as friends. I also enjoy drawing and playing guitar. I have been working in Hospitality for 2 years with intentions to pursue a job in Queensland within the same industry until I find another interest. I'd enjoy a household with a comfortable social environment, allowing people to come over and have the occasional BBQ, drinks and what not and I am especially interested in flatmates who would enjoy doing activities together. I don't ask for much except for a decent room with space for a queen bed, essential furniture such as drawers, wardrobes and a study desk. Would also appreciate a fenced yard for the dog. I have 3 pets, a pure-bred boxer Indy (1yo) and 2 tabbies, Cuba (3yo) and Lulu (2yo), who are all beautiful with individual personalities. They are all well-trained and very social, as well as toilet trained and have had no problems with any damage to my current property. I understand a lot of people feel uncomfortable with pets as they can often appear as nuisances though if you are willing to open your heart to them, I can guarantee you they'll fill it with love. I will take full responsibilities for the pets and ensure that your comfort is optimal as a roommate with me. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from those interested! Kind Regards, Ben
Hi! My name is Alex (33), I am Greek and I have just arrived to Australia from the UK. I am easy going, laid back and I like my house clean and tidy. I wake up early and work 6 days a week (at UQ). I am looking for a place I can call home and a group of flatmates I can share a laugh, and a dinner with.
I'm an artist (visual and performing) who is currently studying design. I will be working FT, in addition to studying. So, I'll be pretty busy. I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. Being able to get a restful night's sleep is a must. I'm naturally sociable and enjoy and laugh and a chat, when the opportunity arises. I will be traveling overseas in May, for an artist residency. Therefore, am looking for a furnished short-term rental. Thanks :-)
I'm a super friendly gal looking to move to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast into a private room. I am very respectful and keen to meet new, friendly people I can chill with (but at the same time can keep to myself and respect privacy). Having a year off to work before going back to studying next year (archaeology). I adore animals so I'm happy to live in a house with any. I love going out for coffee or a drink and exploring new places. If you're looking for someone to fill a room, send me a message! :)
I’m a Personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I’m bubbly, fun and super easy to get along with. I’ve been in Brisbane my whole life except for 3 years where I was living down the coast. I’m an extravert but at the same time I do enjoy my alone time very much aswell. I’m not home all to much in the mornings or afternoons and specially not on the weekends I’m usually away. Between two jobs my life’s pretty crazy and my social life doesn’t stop either. I love fitness but I also have the biggest love for food and coffee. Ideally I would like to live in a fun house who like to have drinks occasionally together and love to come home from work and actually talk but at the same time happy to spend time on my own and just do me.
Hey guys! My name is Lachlan and I am a 26 year old student looking for a granny flat or self-contained unit! The lease at my current share house in Fairfield is coming to an end soon and I would like to find a place ASAP! About me: I am a very warm and friendly person. I love talking and meeting new people and love to make others laugh. In my spare time I like to listen to music and exercise. I am studying psychology at UQ and do a lot of reading. I love cooking, playing guitar and making art in my spare time. Always up for a chat but also respectful of privacy/personal space around the house. I try to be a kind and considerate housemate, keep things clean and tidy, no loud noise after 10pm etc. Happy to pull my weight in chores and contribute in any way else I can :) I am a kind and considerate person who like to keep things clean and tidy around the house. Not into partying but enjoy travelling semi-often and would like a home-base where I can work on my own projects. I am happy to meet at your convenience :) Thank you! Lachlan
Hi I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor working out of both Goodlife Graceville and Snap Sherwood. Passionate about adventure sports so spend a lot of weekends away climbing, hiking or surfing. Lead a pretty health lifestyle. Like cooking, eating well and good coffee. Non smoker, not much of a drinker. Looking for a chill space with good people. Always up for a chat while totally respectful of other people space. Restructuring work hrs at the moment to fit in further study. Looking forward to meeting you Thanks Mark Clemesha
I am a happy and a quiet person, a benefit being I am very clean. I study business at QUT full time, and am quite busy, while looking for work. I am from brisbane, and I tend to enjoy going to the gym for fun, being that I am also a qualified personal trainer. I am happy with anything and quite good to be around, and I am fine to live with male or female individuals. I grew up with a big family of four sisters and two brothers. Furthermore, I also like to cook dinner from time to time. I look forward to hearing from whomever contacts me.
Hi! I'm Emma, 23 years old from Brisbane. Looking for a new place to live with some cool, like-minded people.
I go to gym regularly, looking to move to city , currently work 8-12 a day, i would like close to shops, restaurants and live entertainment close by, I would like house mates the are respectful, clean and tidy that will occasionally watch Netflix and have a drink. I'm easy going. would like to find somewhere to rent that is about $150-200 including bills.
Hello, my name is Joe, I work full time from home as my company is based in Sydney. However, my job as a Sales Manager for Asia and Africa has me traveling about 6 months of the year (broken up of course). I'm easy going, but still tidy, lived in plenty of share accommodation so understand the do's and don'ts of living with housemates. Keen to get in somewhere relatively quickly as my current housemate wishes to move back to Noosa and really the apartment I am currently in is too small. I enjoy Gym, BJJ and attempting guitar, love the outdoors, fishing, spearfishing and camping. Non-smoker but don't mind a few social drinks or glass of wine. So would be good to find someone who is like minded and a working professional to live with. Would be good to team up with someone, flexible on the suburb, shoot me a message!
Professional, sensible, courteous, clean and responsible male. Just moved back to Brisbane and will be buying a house in the next 6 months but am looking to share or get my own place to rent while I settle back in and get used to Brissy again. Find our the best suburbs, cafes, restaurants and lifestyle here. I work out at the airport but don’t necessarily need to live that close to there. Have a small dog and do a lot of outdoors stuff in my downtime including in rescue ops on weekends. I have furniture and things in storage but ideally looking for something furnished however can get my furniture out of storage. Hope this helps Regards Sean
