Hi everyone,

I'm Edward, 29 year old Australian.

I’ve recently moved from Sydney’s east suburbs to the beautiful Gold Coast.

My budget is 400pw - 600pw for a beautiful room. I’m hoping to find somewhere mid/late February 26.

I’d like to find somewhere very close to the ocean (10mins walk maximum) or ideally waking up to see the beach every morning from my bed haha.

Ive worked in facility’s management for about 8 years now. Currently employed at the Langham Hotel 🏨

Abit about me, I enjoy keeping busy with things like cooking, sports, training and playing AFL, beach activities and self development. I work alot and im planning for a second job once I settle in at the right place. I’m pretty social but also enjoy my quiet time to relax and reset. I’m not a party person but socially like to get together with friends for activities etc. the beach is very much my down time most days. Always open to a nice dinner or wine ☀️

I love to live in a clean friendly environment and will always do my part to ensure that’s possible. Happy to help out with gardening, maintenance work etc. around the house too 😊
