Kim and Jolly

Hi there,
We are two Vietnamese girls Kim and Jolly who currently studying full-time at Hobart. We are extremely respectful and tidy since Kim has a dirt allergy so we often clean and tidy up the house. I - Jolly used to live in the USA for 3 years so I'm pretty open-minded and open up to any conversation. We are looking for a private room in Hobart area that is near Utas or the city if possible. We hope we could team up or share the flat. Our budget is $300 per week. Also, it would be great if you could let us have a pet in the near future as we are so lonely here in Hobart.
