looking for a team-up/sharehouse in the Greater Brisbane region (North side preferred) - move date flexible. Full time worker in office 3-5 days per week with 6 years previous sharehouse experience living with both guys and gal's.

My housemate is moving out of my current place so always happy for you to take his room and we can stay at my current place in Ashgrove until end of lease (ends jan 2027 - check my listing!)

I enjoy living in a gender balanced so would ideally like to live with a guy. Not looking to live with couples (another single guy or gal preferred) or indoor cats/dogs (as much as I love them - if they are outside its totally fine xx).
