26 she/her working as an associate producer in the events / arts spaces. In my spare time I love being creative, cooking a nice meal, or being out and about spending time outdoors or with friends.

👩‍💻Work:
My job is stable, I work full time remotely (combination of WFH / from co working spaces and also travel intermittently) so ideally looking for a place that can offer that comfortably.

🏡 what I’m looking for:
Lease - open to 6-12 month lease types
Rent - $270 ($300 maximum for the right place)
Room- large enough for a desk or an alternative space in the house to put one.
Location - close to city or public transport (ideally a train line but flexible)
A shared outside space - either a balcony or green space like a garden or yard
Parking - I have car so either easy street parking or a garage space
Unfurnished - I have a brand new Koala mattress that I love
Environment - warm friendly stable house

✨ What I offer:
I love the option to be social but also like existing in the same space, body doubling whilst doing our seperate things. I like respecting the spaces and people I live with by being tidy, considerate and kind (and paying bills on time). Above all else I put energy into clear and respectful communication, and compromising with empathy, as I believe a home should be peaceful for everyone.
