Hi everyone,

My name is Ivy, originally from South Korea. I’m a 30-year-old newly registered nurse looking for a new place to call home.

My budget is $380 per week for a fully furnished private room with own bathroom (preferably an ensuite bathroom) including all bills. I spend a lot of time studying, so a spacious room with a study desk would be ideal for me. As I have a car, secure parking would also be a big plus.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and spending time at the beach. I also love exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and reading to unwind.

I respect other people’s space but am always happy to have a chat. I’d describe myself as chilled, respectful, and easygoing, and I value cleanliness and kindness. I’m a friendly, approachable non-smoker who enjoys creating a calm and harmonious living environment. Whether it’s a quiet evening or a good conversation, I appreciate balance and positive vibes at home.
