Hi, we’re Marc and Gina 👋

We’re relocating from Armidale to Newcastle for work and are excited about starting this next chapter. I’m originally from Kenya, grew up in the French Alps, studied in Switzerland, and moved to Australia about 11 years ago to complete a master’s in environmental economics. I’ve been here ever since — it feels like home.

Professionally, I work as an environmental consultant and spatial analyst. I’ve just accepted a role as Spatial Lead with Moir Studio in Newcastle, starting 24 February. Gina is originally from Germany and works as a disability support worker — she’s caring, dependable and genuinely loves what she does. We’ve been together four years and living in Armidale for nearly two.

We live a pretty relaxed, tidy lifestyle. Non-smokers, no pets, no parties. We always pay rent on time, keep our place clean and organised, and treat rentals as if they were our own. Financially stable and not living week to week.

Outside work, we love being outdoors — kitesurfing, beach time, staying active — and we’re really looking forward to being closer to the ocean and settling into the Newcastle community.

We’re hoping to find a comfortable long-term home and be reliable, easygoing tenants who take pride in where we live.
