I'm an older lady on a disability pension and looking for a granny flat or private space with ensuite.
I am currently living on the southern Gold Coast but am happy to move to any area for the right accommodation.
My current lease will finish at the end of April, and I hope to have found somewhere before then.
I spend a lot of time at home due to my back condition and will be home more often than not.
I am a very quiet person who keeps mainly to myself.
I have a cat.
I am neat and tidy and always pay bills on time.
I am able to provide excellent tenancy references.
My hobbies include reading, yoga and gardening.
