A large room with an ensuite if possible
Or a studio unit or a granny flat
For $300- $350 per week
Including water usage and electricity usage. Being a mature person I need stablity in accomodation
I am family orientated 100%
I have Adult Children in their mid 30's
I own 2 pet indoor only female desexed cats, they are well behaved
They are indoor cats only
And and toilet trained
I don't do recreational drugs
And I don't drink alcohol often
I'm a diabetic type 2
I don't smoke cigarettes
I'm a very nice person
