Hi there! I’m Kelly, a 36-year-old female looking for a long-term place to call home.

A little about me:

* Non-smoker, non-drinker
* Clean, tidy and very house-proud
* Minimalist, so I don’t come with lots of belongings
* Friendly, respectful and easy to live with

I enjoy beach walks, yoga, indoor plants, live music and the occasional game of cards. I’m an early riser, usually in bed early, and appreciate a calm, peaceful home. I’m always happy to share the occasional meal or chat in the kitchen, while also respecting everyone’s space and privacy.

I’m a retired musician and now work in arts management and have a stable income, so paying rent on time is never an issue. I have excellent rental references available.

My little sidekick, Willy, is an 18-month-old miniature dachshund. He’s fully house-trained, very affectionate, great with people, children and other dogs, and surprisingly quiet for the breed! He doesn’t shed, is well looked after, and is happiest wherever I am. Secure fencing isn’t essential, as he’s very happy being outside on a long lead when needed.

I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful household to settle into long-term. Available to move anytime between now and September.

Furniture-wise, I keep things simple and only have a bed, a small desk setup and a single occasional chair (which I’m happy to leave behind if space is limited).
