Hi, I’m Kat 😊

I’m quiet, clean and considerate, and pretty easygoing to live with. I’m always happy to share a meal or have a chat, but I’m also very comfortable doing my own thing and having separate space.

I work full-time as a Practice Manager, so I really value being able to come home and relax after work. I’m respectful of shared spaces and like a home that feels comfortable, clean and easy to live in.

I’ve lived in share houses before and have always had really positive experiences. I understand the importance of being respectful of each other, communicating well and doing your fair share around the house.

I’m also more than happy to provide a reference from previous housemates if needed. 😊
