Hi my name is Susie, Im a retired mature, calm, happy lady looking for a place to live where I can continue the network of people in the area I enjoy. I am respectful of peoples space at home, am clean and tidy and enjoy company and a good chat every now and then, but quite happy with my own company...........that’s what great about being older😉 I am looking for a shared house if possible with no more than 2 people at the most, bills included in the rent keeps it tidy and Im mindful of the house budget. I do like to create art/craft but keep it pretty tidy as my last few rentals have been quite compact. Future projects are to facilitate craft workshops on the Sunshine Coast.
My budget range is $200 - $300 Max.
