I’m oversea student from Vietnam (31 years old) and looking for long term rent over a year and now working full time. So I’m looking for single private room around this area and near the station.

Quite, tidy, not cooking at all, and always stay in room and work most of time so don’t use much water and electricity.

The only thing I’m looking is quite house, not party house and don’t have any chatting or communication after 10 pm ( coz i’m hard to sleep if still hearing any sound)
