Hi, I’m a 35 y/o full-time working professional with over 15 years of rental and share house experience. I’ve lived in a mix of private rentals and shared homes, so I really understand respect, cleanliness, and clear communication in a living environment.
I’m independent, financially stable, and used to managing my own responsibilities. I’m clean and tidy (but not obsessive), quiet during the week, and very considerate of shared spaces. I value a calm, comfortable home environment where everyone feels relaxed.
I’m ideally looking for a studio, granny flat, or a home share with just one other person or a pair — I’m not really suited to large share houses. I prefer a peaceful setup over a party house and enjoy coming home to a space that feels settled and respectful.
