Hello!

I’m Jacob. I'm very relaxed, quiet, and friendly in person but I’m also happy to accommodate a lively household as well!

I'm looking for a room for myself, would love my own bathroom/ensuite but not required.

I work fulltime in the city as a Lawyer and gym in Newstead so ways to get to these areas by public transport would be ideal! I don’t have a car or drive, but that means I also don’t need a car space too.

My hobbies include:
- gym;
- video games;
- anime;
- trying new cafes/food; and
- cooking/baking.
