Dear perspective lanlords,
My partner and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom granny flat in coolum / Mount Coolum areas, Yandina creek or surounding suburbs.

A little bit about us. I am a full time nanny / housekeeper and do some healing work and love a clean house. My partner is a carpenter. We both have a great rental history. We are extremely clean and tidy and dont drink, smoke or party. We are clean living and healthy and love getting out in nature and to the beach.

We have great relationships with all previous landlords and have always left properties better than when movimg in.
