Dear perspective lanlords,
I am looking for a room to rent in the coolum or mount coolum area.
A little bit abput me . I work part time as a nanny and part time online. I have a great rental history. I am extremely clean and tidy and dont drink, smoke or party. I am drama free and keep pretty quet. I enjoy the odd chat and a laugh but also valie my own space and repect others space as well. I really value open communication and honesty and integrity. I am clean living and healthy and love getting out in nature and to the beach.

I have great relationships with all previous landlords and have always left properties better than when movimg in.
