Looking for a room / house share 🏡

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking to rent with like-minded people aged roughly 25–40 in the following areas:

• Armadale
• West Perth
• East Perth
• Stirling
• Balga
• Balcatta
• Karrinyup

A little about me:
• Currently working as a Support Worker and transitioning into a new career path as a Service Consultant
• Will be working/training full time hours during the week in West Perth from mid-June
• Looking for somewhere reasonably close to public transport for commuting
• Respectful, tidy, and considerate
• I value a calm, safe, and secure living environment
• Big believer in household harmony, communication, and mutual respect

I want somewhere where I am able to decompress and relax during the weekends and have a great routine without interruption during the week days

I am seeking to be moving for July time as I will have an established routine with my new job and more stable hours and flexibility with my budget

I have my own furniture but this can go into storage if required.
