Hey guys

My current rental has been sold and the roommates are separating (moving in with partners, travel ect) so I’m looking to see if there is 1-2 people out there who want to team up and get a place!

I am very house proud. I've had really good luck when it comes to past roommates and I've been doing it since I was 17. I have everything we need to make a home, big and small (fridge, lounge, washing machine, kitchen goods, outdoor security cameras ect)

I am working full time in sales. Love to bake (you will definitely get a birthday cake) and create things, big into my plants so we will have a pretty home, I am social and want to actively be friends with my housemates but I need to recharge with time to myself every now and then.

I'm looking to create another easygoing, tidy, respectful home with people who are actively going to participate in making the house a home.

Budget is $250-300 p/w.
