Hi, I’m Kirst, I am looking for a rental anywhere close to Gc Highway & beach from Burleigh down to Kingscliff , cabarita .

Preferably a 2 bed unit but ok with a granny flat / 1 bed.
I’m moving back to the GC to be close to family again after 2.5 years away in vic .

I need min 6 months from Dec / Jan , for the right place I'm happy to consider a 12 months commitment .
I’ve been living down in Torquay Victoria and my lease has just came to an end. I can provide full rental history and references , employment references etc.

I travel a fair bit with work and work from home a couple of days a week too. I need simple living as my work keeps me busy.

I do come with 2 little male cats
My boys🐈🐈‍⬛ are very well adapted and well trained.
They have moved around with me and relocating back to qld with me . But this might not be immediately as they do the a home in vic they can stay at if necessary.
They do go outside, so no smelly litter tray.
I've trained the boys to stay right beside me, and generally don’t venture far . Very much mummy’s boys .

I ensure the cleanliness of the home consistently to ensure there is no impact from them being in the home.

I prefer unfurnished but if there’s a fridge and washing machine and some bills included that’s an added bonus .

I work full time in a professional role which I have to travel to Melb and interstate often , I’m vibrant, fit and healthy and very young for my age.
I love cooking and being home . The home is just for me and the 2 cats .

Scottish-born, I have been in Australia for 22 years. I've lived in WA, QLD and Northern Rivers, and been in Victoria for 2 and a half years .
I've done full circle in my life from living in different states and buying houses, renovating , being a landlord to now complete consolidation and simple living to allow for flexibility of location and work. I have an adult daughter she lives in Talleburgera. I’m now a grandma 😍 hence me relocating back to have a base on the Gc to be beside the little one.
My daughter and I are actively involved in Burleigh bombers afl club.
I take pride in ensuring my space and the house is one of comfort and homely and treat it like my own. I am very clean and respectful .
