I’m a quiet, clean and respectful professional in my early 30s starting a new role at John Hunter Hospital on 30 March. I’m looking for a furnished room in a small sharehouse (maximum 3 people total) in New Lambton heights, Lambton, Kotara or nearby suburbs.

About me:

Very tidy and house-proud;
Reserved by nature – I mostly keep to myself but happy to share the occasional chat or meal if we get along;
Great with open communication if anything needs discussing;
Experienced sharer (have lived in a few sharehouses before);
Non-smoker, no pets.

Ideally looking for:

Walking distance to a supermarket (IGA, Coles, Woolies, Aldi);
Reliable bus to John Hunter Hospital (under 15 minutes);
Calm, friendly housemates who value a peaceful home;
Rent including bills if possible.

Happy to start with 6 months and extend long-term if it’s a good fit.
