Pretty reasonable and easygoing, I clean up any mess I make prefer to solve any issues I have with people in person and civilly. You won't find me eating all your food or using your shampoo, which I think is a pretty redeeming quality. Though, I'm mostly an introvert and I treat where I'm living as more of a chill downtime space, then a hangout spot. So unless we hit it off, I'll largely just reside in my room. Currently working 9-5 / 5 days a week on an internship
I'm an easygoing person that enjoys good conversations but respects other people's space. I'm a phd student in a full time position. I like to live in a clean and organized place.
I’m an easy going relaxed person , I’m respectful of others and easy to get along with, I work full time in aged care. When I’m not working I’m either spending time with family and friends , going to the beach and gym.
Hey! I’m a full time health professional working locally (pretty standard hours with a few random shifts). I’m clean & tidy, and respect personal space but up for a chat/hang from time to time. I’m looking to relocate with my beautiful 4 year old Alaskan Malamute, Luca. She’s house trained and spends her days outside, with a solid rental history. Luca will offer snugs for belly rubs to the right housemates!
gday, 40yo male, non smoker, who has had enough of Sydney and wants to move/work up in Newcastle. Im a clean tidy person, mostly keep to myself though Im equally happy to have a chat and a laugh. dont drink much though I will usually have a beer to relax at the end of the work week, also occasionally go to the pub for a meal or to see some live music. Im a truck driver (dont think obese, heavily tattooed, wife beater singlet) who mostly does deliveries in the construction industry, also have forklift licence, white card, warehousing experience, and spent a decade in the automotive industry. have no problem living with pets, (dont have any myself) previously lived with cats, dogs, fish, turtles.. even a guide dog. dont have any issue with race, colour, sexual orientation, religion. Ideally Im looking for a clean and tidy place with just 1 or 2 friendly housemates and somewhere that isnt a party house. would prefer an unfurnished room as I have everything needed for a bedroom. thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you, cheers Dane.
Hello! My name is Georgia. I am looking to live in Newcastle. I am currently living on the Central Coast. I am a 4th year university student studying a bachelor of Primary School Teaching (honours) at Callaghan. I have two part-time jobs. I am an educator in before and after school care. I also work in Charlestown Square in retail. I'm very hard working, love to socialise and always clean up after myself. I love to keep active, open to meeting new people and enjoy casual drinks. I am very trust-worthy, honest, love spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy to read, shop and cook. I am looking to relocate this month. I have reliable references and paper work filled out. Contact me if you are keen on organising an inspection time :)
Moving to Newcastle from country Hunter Valley. I have a miniature labradoodle Ernest (non-shedding) who is house trained and social. His an inside/outside dog who loves a game of ball, amusing himself with his toys and napping in the shade. I work full-time in the Wine Industry (Marketing and Events) Monday to Friday. Ernest also comes to work with me, though he does like to spend the odd day at home from time to time. I'm pretty quiet and independent, happy to go with the flow, clean and tidy. I’m currently at the end off my MBA & MMktg so that keeps me busy on the weekends, though a coffee/tea/wine are always enjoyed.
Hi there, I'm quiet, easy-going, respectful and reliable. I enjoy cooking, listening to podcasts, and riding my pushbike around. I'm currently studying, and hope to finish my teaching degree this year. I've lived in Newcastle for about 7 years all up - I returned in 2017 after 12 years spent mainly overseas. My partying days are long behind me. I'm looking for a stable base of operations without having to worry about constant noise or a million people coming and going. Friendly housemates would make a nice change, though.
Hi my names Liam. I’m 20 and study business at UON. I’m open minded, tidy, sociable and respectful. I enjoy maintaining a healthy & fun lifestyle. Hi there! I am a full-time working professional moving to Newcastle to take up a position for 12 months. I will have a busy schedule with lots of travel so wish to find a place that is calm and quiet. I like to cook, so an adequate kitchen is a must! I won't be bringing any pets and spend most of my downtime going for walks, watching movies, or visiting home in Sydney. Hope to be in touch soon!
Hi guys, my name is Hannah. I’m from China. I just finished my study in the uni, now doing casual work in Newcastle. I am very clean and tidy and prefer a tidy new-ish place to move in.
Hi, I’m Andrew and I’m a 25 yo primary school teacher. I’ve lived in Newcastle, mainly Hamilton for the past 6 years and currently seeking a room to rent before I start my new job. I’m looking for a home environment rather than just a share house. I’m out going but also know when people want space and I’m very respectful of this. Being 25, I’m not a big party goer but I do enjoy the odd beer or night out once in a blue moon. Very focused on my career and developing that further as I’m starting a new job at Shortland public school. In my spare time I love to hit the gym, hangout with my friends and just have fun. I’m clean and tidy, love coming home to a clean house and a happy environment with a bit of banter on the side. Excited to meet new people and develop new friend ships. Also happy to chip in with chores inside and outside the house. If I sound like the right fit for your house, please don’t hesitate to send me a message, Cheers, Andrew ✌🏻
Hey roomie! 🤓 I’m from Muswellbrook and I just got a job in the Newcastle area working for myself (stable income 😉), I leave early and come back late, your favourite type of room mate 😂 I love people and the beach 🏖, I’m pretty artistic person I do a lot of drawings and paintings 🖼 Honestly, I’m just looking for somewhere safe to sleep eat and live without doing 8 hours commute 😑 I’ve done a tenancy/rental course. 📝 I already know the ins and out legal and practical. I’ve lived alone since 15, very hygienic living style. I’ve had multiple room mates with me being on the lease, so I know what it’s like. 😭 I can get furniture if needed! Look I’m an open book if you have ANY inquiries just flick us a message hey!
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I will be studying nursing at UoN this year. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
Hey I'm Eilysh ('eye-lish'), I am 22 year old female, relocating to Newcastle from Victoria. I have just finished my Bachelor Degree of Nursing. I am friendly, tidy and responsible. I love all things ocean and outdoors related but also love reading and art. I love hanging out and drinking tea/coffee with mates but am also happy chilling on my own. Can be found checking out local live music artists/bands and hitting up markets on the w/e. Looking for some cool, relaxed people to meet and share a house with. Shoot me a message if you think we'll be a good fit!
I am a 20 year old working part-time at Aldi and am a student at the University of Newcastle. I am a quiet, reliable and clean person who enjoys outdoors, going to the beach, the gym and playing soccer. I love socialising with my housemates and having a couple of drinks but also enjoy time to myself. I've lived in Newcastle for a year but grew up in a small town near Coffs Harbour. I am looking for people who are clean, fun and quiet but loves socialising and having a few drinks.
I work as a cleaner and am very tidy, i tend to keep to myself during the work week but am the life of the party when the weekend rolls around. I love cooking, pasta is one of my specialities and know how to make a mean mashed potato! just looking for somewhere fun for my first time living out of home.
I'm someone who is pretty happy with my own space, but happy to socialise and meet new people. I'm looking for somewhere I can bring my tank of a cat, George Catstanza. I love to sleep and play video games when I can, but I also enjoy spending time with friends when I can. I like to think I'm pretty respectful of other people's space and things. For work I'm an RN at John Hunter, and I work 4 days a week on a rotating roster (sometimes more). This year I'll be starting my post-grad so I'll be studying a fair bit when I'm not at work (or trying not to procrastinate). I like to keep common areas tidy and would like to live with people with the same consideration. I clean up after my cat. I think a team up will probably be the better option at this point, and have a number of inspections booked through town, but I would be happy to consider moving in as part of an established household. My cat is probably the best part about me, but to get him you've got to have me too.
