Hi my name is Aaron. I work and study a postgraduate degree part-time so I'm usually very busy and enjoy what free time I have. I like keeping active by going for walks/runs, working out at the gym/ park or just chilling at the beach. I've been doing shared housing for a number of years and understand and respect privacy, space and each others belongings. I'm looking for a house of professionals, not a party house. In saying that I am still very sociable and love a chat after work with a glass of wine in hand. On the weekends I like to go for bike rides, try new cafes, go to the farmers markets and try and do as much as I can. I'm looking for a happy house where people want to come home after a long day, a house with a bit of a community which respects each other, I don't want somewhere where we go to our rooms and never talk. If I sound like the right fit, message me and we'll arrange something. Cheers!
Im a 22 year old female, whose about to start vet nursing with Tafe online in the next couple of weeks, but could move in anytime. I'm very clean and tidy, and generally keep to myself but like the odd chat. I have a very well behaved 14 month Kelpie, Loki, who is timid but friendly.
I work part time in finance, and am studying Masters in Information Technology. Very clean and respectful of others time and space - bit of a homebody and happy to just keep to myself more or less. In saying that - more than happy to come home and have a chat or sit on the lounge and watch some Netflix or join in on whatever housemate activity is going on. I've grown out of 'going out partying' every weekend - just prefer to take it easy and go to the pub with a few mates on the weekends. I have 2 greyhounds shared between myself and my ex. I would love to find a situation where I could have them over from time to time - however respect this may not suit. I play guitar here and there but am able to plug into my computer to play silently into my headphones. I love silly jokes and gaming on my PC or PS4 - but am no good at any of them. Hoping to find respectful, clean and laid back housemate/s.
I'm a very clean person. Happily do my share of the house work. I have a very easy going personality and I also respect people's belongings and privacy.
Mature full time worker in the Hunter Valley, looking for flatmate who is friendly and easy going. I enjoy a glass of wine and netflix after work and some salty beach air on my weekends. I have no pets but also am allergic to cats.
NEED TO BE OUT OF CURRENT PLACE JUNE-AUGUST 2020. I work full time, have a golden retriever named Bear who is the friendliest dude in the world, like a bevvy every now and then and spend most of my time out with friends or hiding in my room watching Brooklyn 99.
Hi! I am moving from Central Coast to Newcastle to work as a veterinarian. I enjoy groceries shopping, cooking, walking my dog at the beach and pampering my pets. Originally from Singapore, been in aussie for 7 years now. I am looking for a safe place for my pets and I, and hope you like animals as well. Both my pets are friendly with humans, other pets and other living things. Looking forward to speaking with you:)
Heya I’m moving interstate to Newcastle from the Central Coast (am originally from Sydney). I’m friendly, clean/tidy, enjoy a chat with fellow housemates, respectful of others personal space/quiet time & not a party girl, but can sleep heavily so not bothered if you make noise. I love the beach, trips in my campervan, Crime documentaries, reading, writing, playing guitar, going to gigs, glasses of wine, sleeping. I sleep a lot! Lived in lots of share houses back in Sydney & like to think can get along with everybody! Also like to cook occasionally. Looking for an unfurnished room in a place close to the Newcastle CBD, with people around 25-40 age, am probably a bit old for uni people though I do look young...somewhere that feels safe, clean, Where I can park my van with no metered parking & hopefully a bath ! Baths are my #1 little luxury in life, but not essential. I love all animals, LGBTQ friendly & do smoke but am totally cool to smoke outside or away from the house.
I'm a postgraduate student from Germany/UK looking for a room in a share house for about 6 months. I will be doing a research internship as part of my MSc at the Hunter Medical Research Institute. I've lived with flatmates before. I'm pretty chill but keep things clean and tidy. Not really a party person but happy to socialise or go out for drinks/food, cook or watch tv together. It'd be cool to live with likeminded people who are up for some fun activities in the evenings or weekends. I don't smoke and would love to live with pets.

Hi, my name is Sam, I’m 27 and just moved to Newcastle to start a full time job, I’m looking for a room to rent or to possibly team up with someone to find a place. I’m clean and tidy and may not be home a lot due to my work hours. Most important I have a small dog, she’s a labradoodle, doesn’t shed any hair and is groomed regularly, she’s very well behaved, easy going and and friendly and loves other dogs.
