Hi, I am a Student and volunteer. I am also studying from home.
Mum recently moved into assisted living in Mornington and I like being as close to her as possible.
I've been sharing with a friend in Mount Martha for a couple of years, but our lease will be ending in October. I'd love to stay in this area if possible.

I'm in Melbourne at least twice a month for medical.

I'm pretty quiet, love cooking, gardening, reading, studying and watching documentaries.

I’m tidy and house-proud, and prefer to have a bathroom of my own.

I do have some living and bedroom furniture, but I'm flexible.

I'm really looking for a home that has bills included in the rent. Also looking for at least 12 months.
