I am 27 years old. I run my own business as a professional Makeup Artist & Hair stylist in the wedding industry and have been doing so for the past 10 years.
I am also a professional dancer where I work 3-4 nights a week in the CBD.

I am an extremely clean, minimalistic person. Dirty kitchens are my pet peeve!!
I am a super easy going. I love nature, healthy living and the outdoors. In my spare time I love to dance, create art, lay in the sunshine and practice Pilates/yoga.

I am looking for a new place to call home for me and my 2yo daughter.

I have a budget of $350-$500 a week. If you’re interested I’m happy to organise a cash payment arrangement.

I have full rental history and a letter of recommendation from my current landlord whose house I have been living in for the past 18 months. The only reason for my move is that my landlord has decided to relocate back into their home. I’ve never missed a rent payment and am happy to pay up to 2 months rent in advance.
