Hello,

I’m Michael, 43, and I'm looking for a room to rent.

I'm currently based in Adelaide, and keeping an eye on what is available at the moment, as I'm looking to relocate to the Gold Coast within the next 12 months.

I'm flexible with move in date as long as I give two weeks notice, and looking for a 6-12 month minimum.

Room / house / apartment would need to be within walking distance of public transport, shops, gyms and amenities as I don't drive.

About me - I am currently working full time. Most weeknights I’ll be at the gym or out running. I’m reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills on time.

I’m a non-drinker and a non-smoker.

I like to travel when I can, and go out exploring most weekends.

I’m past the party phase and now enjoy a more peaceful environment, so I'm looking to live with like-minded, considerate flatmates who appreciate cleanliness.

Additionally, I'm not looking for a party house / late night noise.
